With all the excitement of our rebrand and the launch of our new website, we thought it would be a great opportunity to showcase a project our new dedicated design team has completed recently.
Although we have done plenty of graphic design work for our website clients in the past as a value added service, we have now established an in-house design department that can cater to anybody requiring graphic design and printing services. Our first design project was to rejuvenate the entire corporate identity of the African Organisation of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E), a member-based organisation for 25 national audit offices in Africa.
AFROSAI-E has been operating with their original logo since 2005, but in early 2014 they felt it was necessary to kick-start a complete brand rejuvenation project to portray the growth of the organisation as well as aligning their identity with current design trends. Commencing with the logo as a starting point, we were requested to keep it's essence, as it has become quite a recognisable and integral part of their brand, but inject it with a fresh and contemporary tone. Their new logo reflects the organisation’s multifaceted, diverse and international personality as well as highlighting its dynamism.
The project then led it's way through the development of an entire new Branding and Marketing Guidelines Manual which illustrates the standards developed to make the usage of the brand elements easy to follow and clearly highlight how they are to appear. Thereafter we created a Brand Toolkit which includes all of the necessary branded corporate stationery and templates that the organisation requires to ensure their new identity is portrayed consistently.
The Brand Manual can be downloaded here and we have also included a few elements in the gallery below to showcase the success of this newly launched service.
